Product Owner – Digital Neo Bank

At XBANK, we're on a mission to reshape the future of banking in Vietnam and SEA. We are a 100% digital neobank built on blockchain, designed for the mobile-first generation, offering smart, seamless, and secure financial services that empower users to take full control of their money. We are seeking a Product Owner to drive the development of our core digital banking products. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, finance, and customer experience in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic fintech markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Define Product Vision: Develop and own the product roadmap for key digital banking features (e.g., onboarding, payments, cards, unsecured loans, personal finance tools).
- Backlog Ownership: Create and manage a well-groomed product backlog; translate product strategy into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Agile Execution: Lead agile squads (developers, designers, QA) to deliver high-quality, customer-centric features in regular sprints.
- Customer-Centric Thinking: Gather and analyze customer insights, feedback, and usage data to inform decisions and drive continuous product improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across engineering, compliance, marketing, and operations to align product initiatives.
- Launch & Performance: Coordinate go-to-market efforts, define KPIs, and monitor product performance post-launch for iterative enhancement.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a fintech, banking, or tech-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of digital banking products and core systems
- Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience working with cross-functional tech teams and writing clear user stories.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics tools.
- Communication in English.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in digital banking or launching mobile-first financial products.
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs and core banking systems.
- Technical proficiency or experience working with engineering teams on backend/frontend features.
- You have the ability to present and communicate well both verbally and in writing.
- You have the ability to collaborate and run projects independently.
- You have good analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on information systems and data.
